We are exploring the opportunity to use an upgraded platform. We have co-organized a hands-on workshop, Advanced Workshop: Fungi Species Sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq Platform, with the Department of congenital and Hereditary Diseases’ team at Charlle Nicolle Hospital of Tunis, where we were able to sequence the eight genomes described in the grant added three other genomes in synergic collaboration with the LPCMC researcher in a single run. The workshop is scheduled for 8-9 February 2024. All genomes will be submitted to GenBank, and their respective numbers will be assigned at the Deliverable in WP1
